The Faculty of Brands ("TFOB", "we", "us") is a learning-led brand platform operating from Colombo, Sri Lanka, as a subsidiary of Kyzen E S P A (Pvt) Ltd. You can reach us at hello@tfob.lk or on +94 77 136 5410.

By using this website, registering for a workshop or event, subscribing to the podcast, or engaging us for coaching or advisory work, you accept these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

We currently offer curated workshops, industry events, a podcast series, and brand coaching and advisory work. Formats, facilitators, dates and content may change; we will tell registered participants about any material change as early as we can.

Some offerings are application-based and capped in size. We may decline an application in order to keep the group balanced and the learning environment right.

A place is confirmed only once payment has been received, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for future sessions may change at any time.

Places are personal to the named participant. To send a colleague in your place, tell us at least 48 hours before the session and we will transfer the registration free of charge.

If you cannot attend, the following applies to paid workshops and events:

• More than 7 days before the session: a full refund, or a transfer to any future session.
• Within 7 days of the session: a transfer at our discretion; refunds are not guaranteed.
• No-shows: no refund or transfer.

If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a full refund or a place on the rescheduled date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Podcast subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund amounts already charged. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Subscription content is licensed for your personal use. It may not be shared, redistributed, transcribed for publication, or used to train automated systems.

All materials we produce, including session decks, worksheets, recordings, podcast episodes, frameworks and written resources, remain the intellectual property of The Faculty of Brands or the respective facilitator.

You are welcome to use what you learn in your own work. You may not resell our materials, teach them as your own, or reproduce them publicly without written permission. Where we allow sharing, please credit TFOB.

We photograph and sometimes record our sessions for archival and promotional use. If you would prefer not to appear, tell the facilitator at the start of the session and we will accommodate you. Participants may not record sessions without our written consent.

TFOB is a judgement-free learning space. We ask everyone to engage respectfully, protect others' confidentiality when business details are shared, and keep discussion constructive.

We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, behaves inappropriately, or misuses community channels for unsolicited promotion. Removal for serious breaches does not carry a refund.

Coaching and advisory work is governed by a separate written scope covering deliverables, timelines and fees. Where that scope conflicts with these terms, the scope prevails for that engagement.

We deliver our sessions and advisory work with professional care, drawing on practitioner experience. We do not guarantee particular commercial outcomes, and decisions you take in your own business remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any offering is limited to the fees you paid for it.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, extract data at scale, or copy substantial parts of its content. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always sits on this page, and we will notify active participants and subscribers of material changes before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before that, we would much rather talk: write to us and we will work to resolve it directly.
